What payment methods do you accept?

Are your products 100% authentic?
Good question. Absolutely! We take pride in bringing our customers only the highest quality of Korean beauty. We stand by our mission to bring only the best and safest products. Every single product you see on Flawless by Madame J is first put through a rigorous test to guarantee their safety, efficacy and authenticity. This includes internal testing, working directly with each brand, never purchasing from third parties. For this reason, you can be assured that whenever you are purchasing from us, you are always getting 100% genuine products direct from the brands in Korea, and they are all coming from legitimate and safe channels.
Can I make a changes or cancel my order?
We at Flawless by Madame J are working hard to deliver your orders as fast as possible thus, as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. That means we have an ample time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and ready for shipping. This unfortunately means NO changes or cancellation can be made to your order once it is placed. 
Can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.
An item in my order was damaged during transit!
Should the item be damaged during transit, send us an email with proof (attached pictures/videos) at support@flawlessbymadamej.com. We will assess the damage accordingly and provide you with the relevant options available to you. In most cases, we will provide you with a replacement of the damaged good.
An item is missing from my package, what do I do?
We are sorry that this happens but you can inform us by email at support@flawlessbymadamej.com to investigate what happened.
